Are the pillows made in the USA?

How do I care for my embroidered pillow?
The cover features a hidden zipper for easy removal. Hand wash the cover in cold water, then air dry or tumble dry on low. Spot clean the insert if needed. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach to preserve the embroidery. Always follow the sewn-in care label.
Do you sell pillow covers only (without insert)?
Yes—some listings offer embroidered covers separately (no insert included). Full pillows come complete with the plush faux down insert. Check individual product pages for options.
Do you offer free shipping?
We aim to make shopping easy—check product pages or at checkout for current shipping promotions (free shipping thresholds or rates may apply, especially on orders over a certain amount).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Upgrades (like Priority Mail) may be available at checkout. We'll send a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you'd like to return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging. We are an online-only shop shipping across the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
